My lifes purpose is to lead both myself and others in embracing transformation using energy medicine and soul-based techniques, skillfully interweaving the energetic connections present within the universe, nature, the mind, body, spirit, and cycles of life and death.

My mission is to guide others to reach the fulfilment of their potential and to experience the benefits and healing power of vibrational medicine for themselves.

Originally from the UK, I am an experienced healer, empath, and intuitive who values compassion, integrity, and authenticity.

From a young age, I was aware of spirit and energy, and after going through a 'dark night of the soul' many years ago, I developed a deep desire to explore my psyche and understand my true nature beyond words and logic, within the intricate fabric of life.

My journey began primarily for self-development (still does!) to then helping hundreds of clients both in the UK and now in Australia.

I still am fascinated by all things mystical yet, I maintain that healing must also be rooted in practicality, grounding, deep knowledge and insight.

I have studied and practiced various alternative therapies since 1998. including Reiki to Master/Teacher level, meditation, energy medicine, psychic/mediumship development and many more.

Over the years, I have facilitated meditation and mindfulness classes including sessions at a local cancer survival group, I have taught Reiki and other spiritual workshops.

In my personal life my family is my priority, my husband and three teenage children (aged 14, 16, and 18 years old).

I also enjoy spending time amongst nature (with our greyhound 'Hop'), star/moon gazing, watching supernatural/crime shows or documentaries about Egypt, ghost hunting, meditating, cooking, reading and collecting sticks!

When you allow yourself to become still, you feel peace and are able to dream, reflect and connect to your essence. You kindle a transformation from within.

I aim for you to discover your inner magic and provide a safe, understanding, and non-judgmental space for your growth - to be seen, felt and heard.
