I'm a Reiki Master (to Teacher level) having studied and practiced both the Japanese and Western Usui Ryoho systems of Reiki since 1998 - in addition to many other energy healing modalities up to the present day.

Over the years I have hosted many meditation and mindfulness classes at various venues across Geelong including as a volunteer at a local cancer survival group. I have also taught Reiki and led many spiritual workshops for those keen to learn more.

My passion for healing and energy work started primarily for self-development to then helping hundreds of clients both in the UK and now in Australia (for over a decade).

Born in the UK, I am a naturally gifted healer, empath and intuitive, who values compassion, integrity and authenticity. I have been fascinated with the realms of spirit and energy since I was around 5 years old and I continually learns to develop my healing and channeling abilities to this day.

Many years ago, I experienced my own 'dark night of the soul' which ignited a burning desire to understand my own nature within the tapestry of life, beyond just words or logic.

I now offers psychic and soul intuitive readings as well as various advanced energy and crystal shamanism techniques, meditation and journeying, trance healing, crystal medicine, the elements, shadow work, dowsing, card readings, chakra's and aura cleansing, ancestral healing, mind-body-emotion exploration, soul enquiry, inner child work, abundance and much more.

In my personal life, my family is my everything, as a wife to Mark and a mum to 3 beautiful children (aged 14, 16 and 18) I know all about spinning plates within the journey of parenthood.

Outside of the healing room you will find me spending time with my family, walking amongst the trees or at the beach (with our greyhound 'Hop'), gazing up at the moon and stars, watching supernatural/crime shows or documentaries about Egypt, ghost hunting, cooking, reading and collecting sticks!

Overall, enjoying life in ways that feel good for me.
