My life’s purpose: is to guide you through deep transformation by interweaving the energetic rhythms of the universe, nature, mind, body and soul.

My aim: is to support you in discovering your own inner magic by providing a safe, non-judgmental and experiential space where you feel seen, felt, heard and guided.

Originally from the UK and now based in Australia (currently 13 years), I am an experienced healer, empath, and intuitive. While I have been deeply enchanted by the mystical since childhood, I firmly believe that true healing must be rooted in practicality, grounding, knowledge and insight.

My own path began with a profound "dark night of the soul" many years ago, sparking a lifelong quest to understand our true nature beyond words and logic and what lies across the veil.

 

Since 1998, I have studied and practiced diverse alternative modalities—including Reiki to Master/Teacher level (Japanese & Western), energy medicine, meditation, crystal healing, medium/psychic development and much more.

Over the years, I have worked with  hundreds of clients, taught spiritual workshops, and facilitated mindfulness classes, including work with a local cancer survival group.

Beyond my practice, my world revolves around my husband and our three children (16, 18, 20 years).

 

I'm also an expert potterer, I love plants and being out in nature with Hop (our greyhound), ocean, star and moon gazing, meditating, reading, ghost hunting, watching crime shows or collecting sticks!
 

To borrow the words of my dear Grandad in his broad Yorkshire accent: "I don't know what it is, but there’s definitely something in this stuff!"
