Following your initial 2hour (or longer) session I may then recommend a crystal shamanism sacred journey to you. If you are booking a crystal shamanism without a prior reading session then that is fine too.

 

Crystal shamanism healing journeys will include a smudging ceremony, meditation, sound healing and then a sacred journey using powerful crystals.

 

This a deep, powerful and transformational healing modality, where you are guided by my inner Shaman. A lot that goes on behind the scenes for you - and with you - in these sessions.

These are 'active' healing sessions and are booked one healing journey at a time.

As your healing journey unfolds Sara will recommend which journey is the most appropriate. We sit in space together and I will channel insights and ask questions around your situation.

 

You are very much a part of the process and are encouraged to connect with the power within you to listen and retrieve guidance.

Channeled notes for you may or may not be prepared for these sessions but you may get 'homework' to keep up with the healing integration in-between sessions.
