Group Meditation Experience (Venue to be confirmed for 2018)

Beginners are welcome, and encouraged! There’s no need to book, but please contact me if you want to RSVP or to check that it’s running in a particular week.

Meditation is so good for you and anyone can do it! All you need to meditate is to breathe!

I'll guide you through various meditation techniques each week, blended with my own style of delivering a unique experience for you! This may include some gentle sound healing, guided visualisation, various breathing techniques and much more.

You can lie down or be seated in meditation, if you are lying down, please bring a yoga mat, blanket, cushion for extra comfort and bolster (If you don’t have one, I can provide some spare mats for free). Though, I personally recommend seated meditation as you’re less likely to fall asleep! Do what you feel is right for you.

If you would enjoy listening to some free guided meditations at home or during your lunch break! please visit my free guided meditations page or playlist on youtube here.
