I am an empath and have been able to feel energy and spirit from a young age.

 

My own healing journey started to unfold in my early twenties (back in the early 1990's!) with yoga, meditation, Indian Head Massage and Reiki 1.

 

Studying and practising body work, energy healing modalities, soul intuitive readings, meditation and mediumship development has deepened knowledge and offerings.

I apply my earning to my own self development as it's my passion - I ''do the work'' too.

Know thyself first.  As above, so below, as within, so without! 

 

Most of all I am, simply my modest self, dedicating my  life's path to continue knowing myself and being of service to others in my own gentle, authentic and nurturing way.
