Anyone! This course is suitable for those who have experience of meditation as well as for beginners - you’ll get lots of inspiration and new tools for your meditation kit to either kick start or enhance your practice!

Please note that this course is not affiliated with any particular spiritual practice or belief system but draws on strategies from both contemporary and traditional sources and explores simple yet effective mindfulness techniques for everyday use - which can be nothing but transformational when dealing with the day to day stressors of life.
