Service Description

My clients seek my support to navigate challenges such as grief and loss, feelings of abandonment, anxiety, stress, sleep difficulties, shadow work and a variety of other concerns. You can select from a complete healing session or combined with a reading followed by healing—please indicate your preference when booking. Complex issues may require a longer session as I utilise a range of dynamic energy mind/body techniques that are tailored to meet your needs. Please enquire if you're not sure. Healing only sessions are ideal if you need to take a break, unwind, or if you're trying energy healing for the first time and want to explore its benefits! It's also a great option if it's been a while since your last healing and you want to reconnect with healing frequencies to support your journey. Or if you are already on a journey with me and looking for a follow up session. The healing session may involve balancing your chakras along with some sound healing, meditation, and more. You can choose from a variety of modalities, including: Reiki Usui or Egyptian Reiki Crystal Healing Crystal Shamanism and Shamanic Journeys (please see seperate booking item) Sound Healing (please see seperate booking item) You deserve this experience!
