The unified energies and rhythms of planets, plants and people is something I have been interested in for a long time, the theory is very complex, however the delivery for you will hopefully be out of this world! During this healing session I will explain your personal energetics and links to your energy system and then we select particular essences to work with during the healing. I will guide you through a tailored meditation then, whilst you relax, l focus on attuning your energy system to the planetary frequencies using various tools. It is a healing session that is designed to harmonise and recalibrate your energy system to the distinct frequencies emitted by the planets which can influence various aspects of our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
